During August! Get OFF the Struggle Bus w/Thai Lam!
It’s finally time to get off the Struggle Bus with Thai Lam! This workshop will focus on dusting off the rust of the past year to feel motivated and accomplished again. We will work on connecting sequences that we create together, build back endurance, trip strength, quality of movement, and review the fundamentals of creating and maintaining a solid spin.
This in-studio workshop series is geared for aerialists that are able to perform the aerial skills listed in the prerequisites either pre or post pandemic. If you’re not sure whether this workshop is for you, contact Ascend Aerial Arts for more information.
Prerequisites include:
- Must have done straddle ups previously. Bent arms/legs are acceptable for this workshop.
- Must know Russian and French climbs. Straddle climbs are a bonus but no need to be extra.
- Must know hip keys on both sides.
- Must be able to do footlocks (any style) on both sides in the air.
- Must be fully vaccinated with the completion of the two-week post vaccination window..
By the end of this workshop, you will feel confident in your path to regain the strength and body awareness we all had pre-COVID. Come get off the struggle bus with me! Minimum of 6 students and max of 10 to hold this 4-class workshop.
Each student may be sharing silks so students are required to be fully vaccinated with proof – Email an image of your covid card or health pass to ascendaerial@impactkbf.com
