Stretch Flow with Claire – 2:15pm

Using your body’s natural alignment and positions, this class series will explore techniques to move into deeper mobility. Participants can expect a full body warm-up and stretch with special emphasis placed on one area each week (hips, back, shoulders, and core). Whether your goal is touching your toes or mastering those splits, this class is for anyone looking for safe, effective stretching. Drop-ins welcome.

1-Day Intro to Silks – 3:30PM

This 90 minute class is for those curious about aerial silks or interested in developing strong core and upper body with conditioning exercises on and off the silks. No experience necessary. Try it once and you’ll be hooked! DROP-IN ~ $35


“Just Breathe” Aerial Workshop
(for all levels) – 5PM

Finding yourself running out of breath in mid-air? Having trouble keeping your core engaged and breathing at the same time? Then here is the class for you! In this 90-MIN workshop you will come away with an understanding of why breath control is important, how to utilize breath to aid in movements on and off the silk, and have exercises to help build and maintain useful breathing habits. Come dressed for aerial with lots of layers! We will not be moving the whole time. The workshop is open to all levels. DROP-IN $30M / $32NM
