Saunter Vaguely Downwards – Parts 1 & 2

We spend a lot of time thinking about how to get up the silks. But once we’re up there, how do we get back on the ground? Sometimes we throw in a drop, but otherwise we resort to plain old standard descent (boring!) — but there are so many other possibilities to explore! Join Camille for some fun, non-drop alternatives for descending the silks.

For this mini set of classes, we will not so much fall as Saunter Vaguely Downwards. We are offering 4 in-studio & 4 livestream spots for these classes. We suggest livestream students have a minimum height of 10 feet for this class.
