Get Stacked w/ Ziggy – 1PM

In this 90 minute class, you will learn conditioning drills and exercises to improve your handstand.  Be more aware of the alignment of your body in a good handstand; how to stack your hips over your shoulders.  Gain tools and tips on what a handstand should look like and how to work further towards whatever hand balancing goals you have. Aerial Review – 3PM

Come to Aerial Review to practice skills taught in your other classes. There will be a mandatory group cool-down, and an instructor will be on-hand to spot, review moves, or in case you have questions or concerns during class.
