Aerial Silks – Workshop Wednesdays!

In this drop-in class, every week, we will focus on a family of climbs, wraps, or drops, breaking down the technique required for successful, efficient execution and playing with different entrances, exits, and variations on those skills. PREREQUISITES:Aerial Silks Workshop Wednesdays is appropriate for those who have taken 1 full session of Pre-Intermediate, or equivalent and can:

• Hip key cleanly and comfortably near the top of the silks
• Consistent, clean inverts from the ground without jumping
• Can hold an inverted tuck, pike, and pencil positions, transitioning cleanly between each
• Some experience with aerial inversions
• 1 minute hollow body hold in knot

Drop-In Classes. No makeups are allowed for drop-in classes. Select specific class dates for purchase. Drop-in Pricing are available for the classes listed and are on a sliding scale.
