Aerial Classes – Labor Day Weekend!
All regular Aerial Silks Classes are cancelled from Friday 9/2 through Monday 9/5 for the Labor Day Weekend.
Want extra time to review what you’ve learned? Come to the following classes to practice skills taught in your other classes.

Aerial Silks Training drop-in class is for aerial silks students of all levels at Ascend by invitation only. We will work with you on conditioning and silks fundamentals to help level up your aerial skills.
PREREQUISITE: This class is for those students ages 12 and up that have already taken at least one aerial silks class at Ascend and is either currently enrolled in privates or group classes or waiting for a spot in our Beginner Silks Class. Email ascendaerial@impactkbf.com if you are coming from another studio BEFORE ENROLLING.
Aerial Review is a proctored practice time for students at the advanced beginner level and above. Prepare a list of skills or fundamentals with you to practice. There will be a mandatory group cool-down, and an instructor will be on-hand to spot, review moves, or in case you have questions or concerns during class.
PREREQUISITE: This drop-in class is for students at the advanced beginner levels and above and only for those students currently enrolled at Ascend Aerial Arts. IMPORTANT! We require a minimum of 4 students to sign up by 2 hours before the start of class on the day of the class or it will be canceled.
